Gas Furnaces

Gas furnaces are present in either a split system or a package unit. Gas furnaces have 4 major components. A burner assembly that create heat and burn fuel, a heat exchanger, a blower and and exhaust or flue system that removes the spent fuel.

Combustion gases are created by the burner in the furnace and flow through the heat ex changer and becomes hot. Air from the blower is then passed over the heat exchanger, heats up, and then is distributed into your home. These systems have both supply and return duct systems attached to them, and are available in efficiency levels from 80 AFUE to 98 AFUE.
